On the initiative of SFM, the Swedish Insurance Brokers Association, a new forum in finance, insurance and technology is presented to create a broader exchange and a larger network in insurance distribution.
The program will feature panel discussions, discussions and lectures regarding trends and behavior, both from a Swedish and European perspective, with a broad representation from industry stakeholders.
SFM is looking forward to bringing together nearly 300 people from the finance, insurance, and tech industries. The event will take place November 28th, 2024 and we will see you at Citykonferensen, which is centrally located in Stockholm.

Sweden’s new forum for finance, insurance, and tech was launched on November 23 2024 with speakers from, among others, EIOPA, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, the Swedish Consumer Agency, Paydrive, Lemonade, Insurely, the European Commission, and Minister for Financial Markets Niklas Wykman. In the audience were representatives from many of SFM’s members, authorities, legislators, and other important players for the Swedish insurance distribution sector’s function and future.
We had a full day focusing on insurance distribution, where we managed to capture the digital, international, and Swedish conditions that broadly influence the industry and the customers who interact with the industry daily,” says Per Johan Gidlund, project leader for InsureNet.
